You will be allocated to projects within each business unit depending on your specific profession. Project allocation is carried out across the company and is a delicate balancing of staff availability, skills required by projects as well as staff career development needs. We do need our staff to be flexible about the work they undertake. The majority of our work is done on client sites that may be well away from your base office, and you may work on projects which are not perfectly aligned with your aspirations. However, our rotation policy ensures that you and your aspirations are not forgotten about. The business unit you work in and the projects you work on are continually being reviewed against your aspirations and our business needs.
